Ten Minute's Peace
This short (8-and-a-bit-minute) relaxation is designed to give you an opportunity to pause and deeply relax at any time of day. It begins with a focus on your body and breathing, and invites you to consciously relax your body from head to toe. In this relaxed state, I introduce a physical anchor (pressing your thumb and index finger together) to allow you to access this sense of peace and calm quickly, wherever and wherever you are by repeating the movement. Great for when you're waiting for people to get their shoes on, or any time you're in a situation that might try your patience.
Don't listen to this while driving or operating heavy machinery; do make sure that you and any dependents are somewhere safe for you to be able to fully relax.
